Tim Brand

He has Lost 20 pounds over all and is doing things he couldn't do in his 20's. Here he is pictured at age 50 competing in his first adventure race. (6 miles of trail running, 15 miles of moutain biking, & 2 miles of canue paddleing). He finished in 4.5 hours, and has following it up with even longer races.

Nelda Dunn

Nelda has been a client of ours for years and in 2004 was involved in a serious car accident in which her car hit ice and rolled over. Thankfully she survived and has since made a full recovery and is back to her workouts. Here is part of a "Thank You" note she sent after the accident.

on me while I was out with my back...

At 68 most women would not have survived

such an accident. It pays to have muscles

to hold you together no matter what age.
