Core Training:

This is a great way to you started before your work day. For 30 minutes we work and wake-up our core muscles through stretching, balance exercises, and abdominal work. You will leave with those tight muscles relaxed and your body ready to face the day.

Bootcamp:

This is a no nonsense workout for people that want to get right to the point. In this power  

circuit training class you will go from station to station and go as hard as you can giving you a full body workout that will tone up all those muscles you forgot you had. It will leave you feeling great, knowing that you really did something at the gym.

INDOOR GROUP CYCLING:

Get in great shape with one of the most popular classes to sweep the fitness industry in years. Burn over 500 calories in one class. Anyone can jump in because it is low impact and each bike is adjustable to your fitness level. You'll see weight loss and improved cardio vascular health all in a fun group environment with upbeat lively music. Come give it a try!
