The location we mostly use is our home gym in Farmers Branch.
If it is more convenient for us to come to your home or gym we can almost always accommodate. There could be an extra fee to off set drive-time, but in-home situations and fees will be determined case by case.
Session Package Prices
*Sessions are 1 hour long*
4 Sessions- $220 ($55 per session)
If you want us to evaluate and start you on a program that you can do on your own, this is just right. We can customize a program and have a few reinforcing sessions that will set you on the right path. Then it’s all up to you.
8 Sessions- $400 ($50 per session)
Many people feel they have no idea where to start when it comes to fitness training. With this package you get a price break and the extra time that will help establish good habits and break down bad ones. Every hour that is spent with a professional will take you that much closer to your goals.
16 Sessions- $720 ($45 per session)
This is the best deal for those that want the benefits of having a professional with them for every workout. With a personal coach with you at all times you will be assured of perfect form and the constant support and motivation that it takes to achieve your goals.
Team Train, 4 Sessions- $300 ($75 per session...split the cost)
This is a great option for friends that are budget conscious and like doing everything together. We will assess each of you and set up separate programs for each person. You will just be sharing the training time with a friend.
